If all of the parties to a call are in the State of Georgia, only one party to a conversation has to know he/she is being recorded. Keep in mind, Georgia has strict wire-tapping laws with criminal repercussions. In Georgia, it is a crime to secretly record a phone call, unless one party to the conversation consents.
